Guests need to enter credit card information to guarantee their reservation. A prior deposit is not necessary; the credit card will only be charged in case of a late cancellation.
A credit card guarantee is required for all room reservations. Upon arrival, the card may be pre-authorized for room charges and incidentals, with a maximum pre-authorization of 450 euros. Alternatively, if paying in cash upon arrival, a deposit of room nights plus 150 euros per night (up to 450 euros) is required. The unused portion of the deposit is refunded at checkout. Trains run every 15 minutes between the airport and Amsterdam Central Station. This ride takes 17 minutes and costs 4.60 euro. Train tickets can be arranged at the ticket machines in the Arrival Hall of the airport. From Amsterdam Central Station the most convenient way is to take the brand-new North-South metro line (nr. 52, stop: Rokin) or tram 4 & 24 (stop: Muntplein). The journey from Amsterdam Central Station to the hotel takes 10 minutes, including a 1-minute walk.
